At Football Least, our football training in Athens is built to feel clear, calm, and genuinely useful.

Every session follows a simple structure: a quick check-in, a warm-up that protects your body, focused skill work, guided game-like drills, and a clean cool-down with a short recap. The goal is not to overload you. The goal is to help you improve in a way you can repeat week after week.

You can train solo for faster progress, book with a friend for extra motivation, or choose a bundle if you want a steady routine without overthinking it. We coach in simple, everyday English and keep the atmosphere friendly, so you can learn without pressure.

1. Quick Skills Refresh (30 minutes)

A short session for busy days. Great if you want to fix one main thing and leave with a clear plan.

2. Core Training Session (60 minutes)

Our most popular option. A full session that covers technique, movement, and simple match situations.

3. Performance Session (90 minutes)

A longer session with deeper work and more repetition. Perfect for people who want stronger improvement over time.

4. 1-on-1 Personal Coaching (60 minutes)

Private training with a plan built around your current level and goals. We focus on what will help you the fastest.

5. Duo Training (2 people, 60 minutes)

€70 (total for 2 people)

Train with a friend and work on passing, movement, small combos, and light competition drills.

6. Small Group Session (3–6 people, 75 minutes)
